24 Rocky Point Road has sold to a Greenwich Village buyer (10014) for $5.9 million — asking price was $5.150. The sellers paid just $4.3 for it in October 2024 (on an ask of $4.975), but it’s been painted white since then, so the appreciation is understandable.
