Starter home pricing?

84 Havemeyer Lane, 1953 construction, priced at $899,900, sold for $1.050 million. I say “starter home” just because that seems to be about what such homes, if available at all, are selling for these days, but it certainly worked for this 85-year-old owner for decades.
