8 Old Round Hill Lane has sold for $8 million. A beautiful house when it was built by Alex Kaal-Nagy in 2002, it’s been mired in bitter, protracted divorce/post-divorce/foreclosure proceedings for more than a decade and the house has suffered. Note that a leak from a SubZero freezer in the kitchen's pantry caused damage to some floors and cabinetry. The leak was fixed immediately, and wet material was removed, however buyer will need to restore this affected area. Separately, the heating system needs repair as well. House being sold as is.

But that’s all done with now, and I’m sure the new owner will bring it back to what it once was.
