Someone coming from the Brooklyn Zip Code area just paid $5.4 million for 16 Martin Dale North. The house started on its journey of price discovery last October, when I asked:
It didn't sell at $4.995 million in 2021, but that's no reason to think it can't fetch $6.5 this time, is it?
I guess this answers that.
