2 Potter Drive nee 137 Sound Beach Avenue has dropped to $4.398 million, down from its March 11th opening price of $5.2. Its builder pad $1.9 for it exactly one year before, March 11, 2025, and either built new, as claimed, or close enough to it — hard to tell from its pictures, and agents are notoriously generous when it comes to the definition of “new”.
Personally, I thought its predecessor, 137 Sound Beach Avenue, was perfectly nice, but apparently no end-user wanted it, because it was priced at $1.950 and this builder bought it for less.
