It appears to be part of a 4-lot subdivision 9or is a 5th still out there?) of the 17 acres once attached to 122 round Hill Road that was sold to this developer on April 1st of 2026 for $14,850,000. 122 Round Hill Road, still retaining 7 acres and the original 1923 house is also for sale, also as land, for $13.950. 8 Sheffield Way, nee 0 Sheffield, 3 acres, two of which can be built on, is being offered at $5.950 million and another lot, now designated as 6 Sheffield Way, 2.1 acres, is priced at $4.950 million.
Total, those four lots comprise 14.57 acres, leaving 2.3 acres; I may be missing a fifth listing, or my math is wrong (not an impossibility — in fact, it’s likely), but anti-disirregardless, there’s a big parcel of land available out on Peckland/Sheffield.
