This was contentious process, but at least it was built: that’s more than can be said about the skating rink, where the decade-long fight continues. Speaking of delays, however, the national picture is far more dismal, and if you think this is accidental and not the result of a deliberate attempt to deindustrialize America, well, you’re wrong:
