2 Wahneta Road asked $3.995 million, got $4.220. 1885 summer house, expanded in 2004, but still no garage. Wahneta’s a great street/neighborhood, so it’s no surprise that multiple buyers turned up, but by comparison to an earlier market, this same house sat for almost a year in 2018-2019, beginning at $3.095 and finally selling to these owners for $2.650.
