Except for the fact that she was a NYT employee, nothing about this story makes sense

at least she died like a man

Asian-looking but with a Scottish surname, female, but as of 2010, claiming to be male, sporting an impressive beard and, apparently, the father of three children (??? How?) NYT employee Jonathan McKinsey, 40, was done in by his 77-year-old Chinese in-laws who took turns shooting her dead in a California parking lot.

Shouyong Zhang and Shili Chen, both 77, allegedly fatally shot their son-in-law Jonathan McKinsey, 40, in a parking lot at Dublin Sports Grounds in Dublin, California, on Saturday, as first reported by the California Post.

Just when I think we’ve reached peak insanity ….
