Ah, Florida Man: he never grows old. And New Jersey will always be New Jersey, even Rumson

Restaurant-goers can be heard shrieking in the clip, taken inside celebrity chef David Burke’s Red Horse restaurant in Rumson last Thursday — and ending with the arrest of a 75-year-old Florida man, David Gulley, police told NBC 4.

Oh, make up your mind!

12 Woodside Road,* one of original Deer Park homes built in 1938 sold to the present owners for its full price, $8.9 million in September of last year. It came back on the market three hours ago at $9.495. Sold “as is”.

*Link goes to Zillow, rather than the listing brokerage because the Hooligans, as is their practice, refuse to post their listings until they’re “good and goddamned ready”, usually a week or two after putting it on the MLS. Curious strategy.

Old Greenwich sale

The (former, as of today) owners of 26 Shore Acre Drive bought it for $3,005,000 ($2.795 list) last August ‘23, changed their mind — job transfer? – and put it back on the market in late June for $2.995. It sold today for $3.125.

I notice that the property was put up for rent by the new owners in July: “Long term”, but not renewable, after they had entered into contract but before they took title, and that rental listing is still active; I’m guessing that they have intentions to raze this one and build biggerbetterbrighterwider, and figure that they might as well defray expenses while they go through the permitting process for the next year or so.

The Kamalla Harris of useless celebrity business “executives”

"I'm off to work!"

The Duchess of Sussex, 43, unveiled her new business venture in March, teasing its impending launch. But six months later, there’s still no release date or information about the products that customers can expect to be up for sale.

A source has suggested that the delay has been a direct result of Markle’s struggle to hire a CEO.

“The numbers don’t lie and to have almost 20 members of staff quitting on them tells its own story,” a source told Closer of Markle’s setback. “It’s unprecedented, even for a startup.”

To be fair, Miss Meghan may be as impossible to work for as Kamalla the Shrew is, but she has been a little more productive than her Washington counterpart — while Kamalla was doing nothing about the border, or building her promised EV charging network, Meghan has tied Harry into an apron and set him to work with her old Hasbro Easy-Bake, tuning out dog biscuits and jam:

While products from her brand are not available to buy yet, Markle sent out jars of strawberry jam to an exclusive group of celebs in April, prompting a “strong start” to the company’s rollout.

Since then, the mom of two has sent dog biscuits to her celeb pals [both of them? — Ed], and has teased a future rosé wine range.

Biden Admin Locks In Major Restrictions On Alaskan Oil, Mining

The Biden administration finalized major restrictions on 28 million acres of Alaskan land on Tuesday.

The Department of the Interior (DOI) announced that it is retaining protections from mining and drilling on the 28 million acres, reversing the Trump administration’s moves to end those protections and allow for mining and oil and gas development. The Biden DOI said that their predecessors did not sufficiently analyze the effects of removing those protections and did not appropriately communicate with tribal stakeholders.

Tuesday’s actions are the latest by the Biden administration to crack down on productive extraction of natural resources in the state, which has been subject to more than 50 executive actions from the administration, according to the office of Republican Alaska Sen. Lisa Murkowski. The administration has effectively killed the state’s Pebble Mine project, restricted leasing on 13 million acres in the National Petroleum Reserve-Alaska (NPR-A) and retroactively canceled seven previously-issued oil and gas leases in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge.

Bearing in mind that neither Biden nor his DIE protege Kamilla have participated in running the country the past four years, the question arises: who is in charge? Whoever they are, they weren’t elected by the citizens they wish to rule.

She must think she's in Maine, or something

This, by the way, is why Soros has spent literally millions of dollars to elect far-left individuals as Secretaries of State; elections that, before he took over, saw total campaign expenditures of a few tens of thousands of dollars, at most.

House Dems Want to Censor AI Image Generator Before Election

"This election cycle, we have seen candidates use Artificial Intelligence (AI) in campaign ads to depict themselves or another candidate engaged in an action that did not happen or saying something the depicted candidate did not say."

Conservatives like Frank Glazewski thinks it’s funny, but theLeft has no sense of humor, and never did
