23 Angus Lane came on the market December 9th at $2.6 million and went to contract just six days later for, it turns out today, $2.350 million. It's a 60s house, true enough, but in reasonable shape and on three acres (!). I'm guessing that, given the quick sale, a builder's grabbed it with an eye towards building a couple of houses on the land, but $2.35 for a livable home would also be a perfectly rational purchase for an end user.
