Long-time readers (those who've been here since November, say) may recall the story about the buyer here in Greenwich who made his offer contingent on Trump's losing. I hear that Trump, in fact, did not lose, so now I wonder whether the buyer actually did pull the plug on the deal or did he go ahead with it when the stock market zoomed up the day after?

Of course, he may have moved to Canada Wednesday morning, before the markets opened, and made his decision that way.
