94 Londonderry Drive has sold via foreclosure for $1,102,500. Countrywide loaned $2 million on this property in May, 2006, the same day that American Wholesale Lenders loaned an additional $400,000. Pffft!

Greenwich appraises the land as worth $831,000 and the house itself at $789,000. I think that land number's alright, but the house is worthless. It's interesting to speculate on the whereabouts of everyone involved in those 2006 loans; we know they aren't in jail, that's for sure, although they probably should be.
