The link to her own site is hidden behind my "Useful Links" barrier, which I will shortly correct, but the lady is my go-to resource for all things Bedford, North Greenwich, and life itself. Just as an example, she's alerted me to the upcoming auction of 429 Taconic Road: it will never sell — not at its last asking price of $21 million, certainly —  but pointless auctions do draw attention, and that's what a good agent wants. 

I will add, however, for the benefit of this "good" agent, that asking her fellow agents to sell her ridiculously overpriced listing for a reduced commission is both insulting and counterproductive. (I've tried a number of finishes to this last sentence, but decided to leave it here.)
