/The old Kennedy Nursery property, 5 acres at 201 Clapboard Ridge (near its terminus at Rogues Hill, originally listed 890 days ago for $3.295 million and slowly dropped to $1.995, is reported as pending.
It's got its share of wetlands and other difficulties, but there's plenty of land here to accommodate those and still have a very nice homestead.
