19 Wickham, to be specific, asking $2.295 million. Its 1989 architecture (sic) leaves something to be desired, but it's a lot of house, and it's on the non-Merritt-side of Wyckam, backing up to the Babcock Property. I can see how a buyer would choose this over much smaller homes in more crowded areas. As for the design, hey; $2 million passes for the lower price range in Greenwich, and you don't get to pick your preferred style.

Still, a lot of regrettable houses went up here in the 80s.
