26 Cobb Island Drive is off rent and listed for sale, again, listed at $3.750 million. It was sold to the sellers for $2.850 in 2014, and those previous owners paid $2.8 for it in 2011. We now have two different owners who've had second thoughts about the property after living there for just a short period of time. Either their personal business plans changed unexpectedly, or they decided that the presence of I-95 in their back yard was intolerable.
I don't know which of those is the right scenario, but if I were considering this property I'd take the owner up on his offer to rent the place for $15,000, and see how I liked it, before committing to settling in permanently.
