I've always liked this house, and even its starting price last year of $2.395 didn't strike me as so absurd as to drive off buyers, but I suppose it did. It's got a quirky layout, admittedly, but the renovation performed by these owners was top notch, and I'd expected it to sell more quickly than it did.
