Old Greenwich on the water, but no buyer, yet

15 East Point Lane sold new in 2005 for $5.1 million, and was returned to the market last summer at $7.,850. It’s a good house, but buyers seem to agree with my own assessment that it didn’t merit an almost $8 million price tag. Today it’s been marked down to $4.995.

On a brighter note, 37 Baldwin Farms North, off Round Hill, has been undergoing a complete renovation since it ws purchased for $1.5 million in 2015, and was put up for sale at $3.7 million just five days ago — it already has a contract. There are no current pictures posted yet, so I’ll wait until there are before discussing it; probably Thursday or Friday.
