24 Maher Ave, closed at $1.4 million. Seller paid $1.850 for it in 2009, and began her own sales effort in May, 2017, at $2.345. I’d attribute the low selling price to the quirks of this home’s layout, rather than any decline in Maher Avenue’s appeal. $1.4, maybe $1.5 was probably the right price in 2009, as well as today.
