34 Indian Point Lane, Riverside, sold for $42,175,000 on June 29th. Rumor has it that brother Gideon was assisted by Joe Barbieri on the deal but he’s keeping quiet about his role, no doubt from embarrassment over Gideon’s squeezing that final $175,000 out of his buyer.

But Joe’s a professional, and once he looks over his bank account a few more times, he’ll get over it.
