Hycliff contract

10 Hycliff Road, asking $2.995 million. Sold for $3.195 million in 2005. It looks as though the once unpopular northwest side of town is recouping the losses it suffered after the last boom. That makes sense, considering what’s happened to our prices on the eastern side; there’s a lot more house to be had over here than the same dollars would procure in, say, Riverside or Old Greenwich.

Of course, you’ll have to live over here to take advantage of that price difference, but life is compromise.
