/Sally Maloney’s listing at 587 North Street, an 1840 home once belonging to a Mead and currently priced at $4.5 million reports a contract. I doubt the Meads sold it for anything close to that amount back in the day, even though it surely encompassed far more than the present 1.6 acres. This just shows you that the house is a more important pricing factor than the land.
