I'm guessing land sale

24 Bayside Terrace in Riverside, $1.4 million, contract in 15 days. Bayside’s a nice street, and this 1955 house is certainly liveable, but I’d think that the cost of bringing the existing structure current would exceed its value as a re-do, and that the highest and best use will be to start over.
