New Riverside Listing

288 Riverside Avenue (Sandy shaw, co-agent) One of my former listings, we sold it new in 2007 for $3.850. Beautifully made by Lou van Leeuwen, but I always questioned his architect’s decision to put the master bedroom on the north wall, overlooking the road, rather than on the south side which offers more light and at least a semblance of water glimpses.

It’s right at the top of Rossbottom Hill, so walking to the schools and train is easy, if less of a physical workout.
