This was a failed building project back in 2008 that was foreclosed on by Patriot Bank and eventually finished by another contractor, who sold it for $5,462,500 in 2011. Nice back yard, good finishes inside, I’ve always been a bit dubious about the pond/swampy thing that serves as its front yard.
