I’m still a fan of the synergy created in an office filled with co-workers, but there must be a huge number of people who’ve discovered that they don’t need to be in office 5 days a week, and corporations that have learned that they don’t need huge amounts of expensive office space to accommodate everyone, every day.

No wonder suburban home prices are soaring.
