51 Pecksland Road, asked $3.250 million in March, got $3.225. Under contract in just 21 days and closed yesterday.
The house failed to sell back in 2016 - 2017 even though the owners raised its price from the original $3.3 to $3.5 in 2017. That usually works, though it didn’t here, for some reason.
In any event, it’s a different market now.
