486 North Street (just before Dingletown), listed May 1st at $4.195 million, is now pending. Built in 1911, it still has 2.32 acres attached to it. Pre-COVID, older homes were slower to move, generally, than newer ones. Now, with demand far outstripping inventory, that’s changed, which, to my mind, is all to the good.
