Not quite its 2007 price, but substantial, nonetheless

32 Lake Drive South, Riverside, listed for $3.850 in September, went to contract in 27 days, and closed today at $3.725.

The owners paid $4.250 in 2007, from owners who’d use Hobbs to completely renovate it in 2003 (Hobbs does very, very fine work), so that price wasn’t too surprising. Toss in a bit of wear and tear over the past 15 years, and this price also makes sense.

Great street, location, and neighbors, so its appeal is understandable.
