who was that unmasked man?

Gideon tells me that, in a call to Curtis Sliwa’s radio show, a Greenwich resident identified the man who came to that robbery victim’s rescue the other day. I’m not inclined to publish the name, because (a) I don’t know if it’s true — always a great reason to refrain — and (b) if the hero wishes to remain anonymous, who am I, or anyone, to go against his wishes?

But it will probably spread anyway.
