Relax, they can always find better-paying jobs building pipelines

we all do; the difference is, we think of the jobs being destroyed

Ford is rumored to be planning to fire 25% of its salaried workforce: 8,000 workers, to prepare for its new, Green future.

As Bloomberg reported, most of the lost jobs will come from the new Ford Blue unit of the company. They produce internal combustion engines.

Ford has announced a plan to build a factory for electric vehicles in Tennessee that will employ 11,000 workers, but that won’t help these workers, and besides, pomises, as our Chief Greener Biden has shown so often, are meant to be broken.

Does Ford really have any future, green or otherwise? I wouldn’t bet on it.
