With $2 million price cuts every 20 days, buyers who've been looking in Cos Cob may soon want to turn their eyes north

Now those cuts are accelerating; it took two years for it to drop from $40 to $29.997, another year to fall to $27.5 in 2022, but it took a big whack just 20 days ago, all the way from $27.5 to $19.999, and today another $2 million has been shaved off the price — it can now be yours for just $17.995. Buyers probably can’t expect another lump sum $7.5 million reduction, but even at $2 million at a time, patience may pay off here.
