Tomac contract

53 Tomac Avenue, $3.525; it’s been on the market for 97 days, so it’s probably a reasonable assumption that the actual selling price will be less than that.

It was built in 1867 and still retains a 1/2 acre, which is nice to have, and somewhat rare in Old Greenwich. The owners paid $3 million for it in 2005 when it was newly renovated, so there hasn’t been much growth here. On the other hand, the previous listing had The Zebra; the current one doesn’t.
