Another Sears home has surfaced

In my post yesterday on Sears, Roebuck mail-order homes I wrote that I was only aware of three in town, all on Chapel Lane in Riverside and all erected in 1911. Today another one, a 1927, 2 bedroom, 2 bath 1,027 sq. ft. model, 107 Pemberwick Road was reported as pending on the other side of town. $795,000.

So it seems there are more scattered around town after all.
