/135 Byram Road has sold for $795,000 on a $850,000 list price, 22 days. I wrote about this property on April 3rd when it hit the market. Apparently, and to their loss, residents of the Bronx (buyer Zip 10470) don’t read FWIW; of course, this area is much nicer than our cousin to the southwest, so there’s that.
