Another sale, this one at 10 Center Drive. Built in 1990, listed at $1.899 million and closed today at $2.1. A bit of an odd footprint, what with the entrance being to the rear and up a flight of stairs, but very nice inside. Dundee school district instead of Old Greenwich; other than that, Center Drive is a very convenient location.
