80 Sawmill Lane, listed at $3.495 million, sold yesterday for $3.550. Impressive, but I noticed that it sold new (essentially new — built on the existing foundation) in 2005 for $3.295 million, which would be $5,382,252; lesson being, we’ve been in these feeding frenzies before.
