7 Shaw Place (16 Gilliam Lane), hit the MLS on Thursday priced at $2.495 million, and its agent reports that highest and best bids will be accepted until the close of business Monday.

I’ll throw out $2.879 as the number, but nothing will surprise me — except a winning bid under the ask.
