Pending under the flight path: new street, new development, new construction

Now pending, 1 Element Lane (it’s a spur off King Street) $6.999 million. 12,781 sq. ft., it’s described as something called “transitional minimalist design”, which I suppose is better term than “Bloomingdale Farmhouse”, although I can’t see the difference.
