16 Intervale Place, perched high above and a bit down the street from our Grass Island sewage plant was listed at $3.2 million and has sold for $3.5. The owners tried for $2.550 million in 2024 but when they couldn’t find a buyer they decided to rent it out for a year and try again. That worked out well for them.
