There’s so much AI generated fluff in the listing pictures that it’s hard tell what condition the place is in, but I remember it as a good house on what that original 2021 listing described as a “coveted Riverside cul-de-sac” and I’m sure it still is — a good house; the cul-du-sac is no longer coveted, it seems.
