The land this house sits on was purchased by a Greenwich builder in 2004 for $2.950; construction was (eventually) begun, and the uncompleted project was put up for sale in 2010 at $13.995 million. Foreclosure followed, initiated in 2011 and not completed until 2019, when Williamsburg Savings Bank, as successor to the original lender, took title, finished the project and sold it to these sellers in 2020 for $6.9 million. They dded a raised vegetable bed garden and, as noted, have now resold it for $11.6.
