47 Tomac Avenue, Old Greenwich. No Rock Maple she, listed at $3.695 million, sold to New York City folks (10003) for $4,306,000.

I don’t usually comment on condo sales, but the selling price of this one at Old Greenwich Gables Unit 95 caught my eye. $2.285 million to a NYC buyer (10011), ask of $1.995. It did sell for $1.120 in 2008, but it had fallen to $948,000 by 2020, and that seemed more appropriate for this complex. Guess not; not any longer.
