25 Willowmere Avenue, guide price $5.195 million. It’s a perfectly nice house, and in a different era it would surely survive as a residence, not a building lot, but today, a 3,000 sq. foot, 1929 house is probably just dumpster fill. I don’t say that as though it’s a good thing, just an observation.
