9 Tamarack Place, $2.260 million, 3 days. I’d forgotten where Tamarack Place is, and I had to look it up to remind myself. It’s over in Glenville, and in fact, for what it is — a 1978 development carved out of the land originally atached to the 1875 house at 2 Tamarck Place, it’s a very nice street.
