10 Cliffdale Road, 66 acres and a 1938 mansion, has been listed at $35 million practically forever, and is now reported pending. Built for Edwin J. Beinecke, of Sperry and Hutchinson S&H Green Stamps fame, it’s been in the family all these years, but not for much longer.
