Follow up on Britain's Henry Nowak; as expected

Police officers cleared in Henry Nowak murder

Yesterday, the UK Telegraph reported,

Officers in Nowak arrest did nothing wrong, police watchdog claims.

Nothing? Nothing at all? From the Telegraph,

The police watchdog claims there is no evidence the officers who handcuffed Henry Nowak as he lay dying committed misconduct, The Telegraph can reveal.

The 18-year-old university student was arrested by police after being stabbed by Vickrum Digwa, who lied and claimed he had been racially abused and assaulted.

PowerLine:

The independent “watchdog” for police (IOPC) has been investigating the case since the day after Nowak was murdered back on December 3. That is a full six months of investigation, and the IOPC has found nothing wrong. Nothing. No evidence.

Official Britain has been telling everyone to wait for the official IOPC report before reacting to this horrific incident. But the IOPC has already decided the issue. Why wait?
