/New construction at 36 Dunwood Place (off Dingletown) (never made it to the MLS, so no link) has been sold by its builder for $9.230 million. Two acres, perfectly unobjectional architecture, 6 bedrooms and 8 1/2 baths, in case anyone wants his and her separate bedrooms, one for three kids, and 3 for the illegals in the basement; not sure where the extra bathrooms are, or who might use them, but nice to know they’re there.
From the few pictures posted on the Greenwich Realtors’ website, it looks fine; it also looks like every other new construction in the $5-$10 million range, but perhaps this has hidden qualities.
