7 Heusted Drive sold to an Aurora Colorado couple a year ago March for $2.750 million; they put it back up for sale last month at $2.995 million and today it’s reported pending. I can’t confirm the rumor, but word is that they’ve joined forces with the similarly-newly-arrived Evergreen Colorado couple that’s selling their own house on Boulder Brook Drive and are all off to start a commune in Sante Fe. We wish them well.
